Ensuring the security and confidentiality of your personal data is very important to Al. Capone Sp. z o.o. We hope that the policy described below will help you understand what information Al. Capone company collects, how we will use it, and how we will protect it.
The privacy policy is addressed to users and presents the scope of data concerning personal identification of the User. The privacy policy also fulfills the information obligation towards the person whose data it concerns (the User).
The administrator of personal data is Al. Capone Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at ul. KRAKOWSKA 1, 33-113 ZBYLITOWSKA GÓRA.
Personal Data:
It is possible to visit our website without providing personal data.
The websites of our company are not used to collect any personal data except in cases where you give your consent (e.g., by filling out a contact form) or where regulations regarding the collection of personal data allow it.
If you wish for us to contact you, you will be asked to provide certain personal data that is absolutely necessary to process the relevant inquiry. If you provide us with personal data (e.g., for contact purposes, receiving commercial information), it will be processed with strict confidentiality, following applicable legal regulations.
The service performs functions of obtaining information about users and their behavior in the following ways:
- by storing cookie files (so-called “cookies”) on end devices,
- by collecting server logs by the web hosting operator.
Tracking users’ actions on the website, using “Google Analytics”:
The websites of Al. Capone company automatically generate visit statistics for individual sites using Google’s software. Google Analytics uses “cookies,” i.e., text files placed on your device, to enable analysis of the sources of traffic to www.alejacapone.pl and how visitors use it.
Google collects data obtained from placing cookie files on devices on its servers and uses this information to create reports and provide other services related to Internet traffic and usage.
Google may also transfer this information to third parties if required to do so by law or if such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf.
Google Analytics does not transmit any information that Google could use to identify a specific person or consider it as such.
“Cookies” – information automatically stored on your computer

Server logs:
Information about certain user behaviors is subject to logging in the server layer. This data is used solely for the purpose of administering the service and ensuring the most efficient provision of hosting services.
The viewed resources are identified by URL addresses. In addition, the following may be subject to logging:
- time of the inquiry,
- time of sending the response,
- the name of the client station – identification carried out by the HTTP protocol,
- information about errors that occurred during the execution of the HTTP transaction,
- URL address of the page previously visited by the user (referer link) – in the case when the transition to the Service occurred through a reference,
- information about the user’s browser,
- information about the user’s IP address.
The above data is not associated with specific individuals browsing the pages. The above data is used only for server administration purposes, website visit statistics, content management of the website, and maintaining contact with Users.
User data security in the Service:
A description of technical and organizational measures to ensure security is included in the Personal Data Protection Policy of the service owner. In particular, the following safeguards are applied:
- data automatically collected by the server is secured by an access authentication mechanism to the service,
- data collected from users during the registration process is secured by SSL protocol and by an access authentication mechanism to the service,
- access to service administration is carried out using an authentication mechanism.
User rights:
You have the right to access your personal data in the collections where Al. Capone company is the data controller, as well as the right to correct, block, or delete them.
Each User can, in writing, by telephone, or by email, report changes to their personal data to the website owner or make these changes themselves on the website.
